Raffle Ticket Templates for Word and Publisher

Here are some simple, free, downloadable raffle ticket templates for use with Microsoft Word:

Raffle Ticket Template for Word (US Letter paper)

Online Template (doesn't need Word, and works for A4 or US Letter)

But, be warned, even with a ready-made raffle ticket template, it is quite hard to print out many raffle tickets each with a different number.

You'd think it would be a simple matter of running a mail merge to put a different number on each ticket.

It turns out to be a little bit more complex than that.

Fear not, though, you'll find instructions here:

Instructions for printing raffle tickets with older versions of Word for Mac

Allow a couple of hours of fiddling around to get your tickets ready.

Or, do it in a few minutes using this simple online tool, which I built to make it easier for people to print numbered raffle tickets from their own computer:

  2. Was very easy to use and the tickets looked great. Unfortunately, when I went to print them, there is a fee. I am doing this for a non-profit group and I personally do not have the funds to do this. Maybe something before we get to the print page would make for a lot less frustration which generated negative feedback. The tickets look great otherwise and was very easy to do.

  5. I went to pay last week the tickets were .06 each which is fine, but the website would not take payment. Some error, today price went up to .10 again, ok, but payment wont work again. So frustrating.
